Job Description - Horticulture Officer

Position: Horticulture Officer
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise gardens, lawns, landscapes, and plantation areas.
- Plan seasonal plantation and landscaping activities.
- Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest control activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of indoor and outdoor greenery.
- Coordinate with gardeners and maintenance staff for daily horticulture work.
- Develop beautification and greenery improvement plans.
- Maintain records of plants, materials, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in horticulture areas.
- Manage nursery activities and plantation inventory.

Required Skills:




- Valuable knowledge of plants, fertilizers, irrigation, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to identify plant diseases and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong supervision and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Qualification
- 12th Pass/Diploma / Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
- Experience in industrial, residential, commercial, or township horticulture maintenance preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work outdoors and manage multiple horticulture activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
