Job Overview:The Finance and Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations & supporting financial reporting processes. The knowledge should extend to audits, invoices, and budget preparations.

Responsibilities
- Pass accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in ERP.
- Support monthly and year-end book closure activities.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely booking.
- Reconcile vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain customer invoicing master records, service contracts and keep track of billing milestones.
- Raise customer invoices and monitor collections. Dispatch through courier and electronic mail of invoices to all the clients.
- Support revenue accounting and collection MIS.
- Perform bank reconciliations on periodic basis. Identify and resolve unreconciled items.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for audit requirements.

Requirements:




- Must be an enthusiastic qualified accountant (B.Com (Hons.))
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Good in maths, accounts, and basic knowledge of financial & accounting regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Past experience as executive accounts and financial software would be helpful.
