Position: ERP Executive / ERP Coordinator - Pharmacloud

Department: IT / Operations / QA Coordination
Location: Kheda/Bareja/Navagam/Narol/Ahmedabad
Reporting To: GM - Operations / Management Representative
Requirement: _Immediate Joiners Preferred_

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation and smooth functioning of Pharmacloud ERP.
- Handle master data creation, updates, and user access control.
- Manage user training, issue resolution, and coordination with ERP vendor.
- Monitor ERP entries for Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase & Dispatch.
- Prepare ERP-related MIS reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with GMP documentation and traceability requirements.
- Support internal/ external audits related to ERP records.

Required Qualification




- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / MCA / Any relevant ERP background
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems, documentation practices, inventory flow

Experience
- 2-5 Years in Pharma ERP handling or plant operations.

Skills Required:
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Positive understanding of pharma workflow and GMP compliance:
- Computer proficiency & hands-on ERP usage ability
- Analytical and troubleshooting mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
