We work across Air Force, Navy, Army, and allied defence establishments, delivering technology-driven operational and infrastructure solutions across India.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant who can manage daily accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and billing processes including import/export documentation and e-way bill management.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Generate invoices, purchase orders, debit/credit notes, and payment documentation
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills and related logistics documentation
- Handle Import & Export accounting and billing documentation, including:
- Import/export invoices
- Shipping and customs-related entries




- Freight and logistics billing
- BOE (Bill of Entry) documentation coordination
- Vendor and transporter reconciliation
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), transporters, and logistics vendors
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and expense tracking reports
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and taxation
- Hands-on experience with E-Way Bill generation and compliance:
- Knowledge of Import/Export accounting procedures and billing documentation:
- Familiarity with logistics, transporter billing, and inventory
