- Handle complete accounting operations including Purchase, Sales, Bank, Cash, Journal, and Ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor outstanding payments and vendor/customer balances.
- Ensure proper accounting documentation and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for financial reporting and audits.

Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare GST reconciliations, TDS workings, and audit reports.
- Maintain compliance with company financial policies and legal regulations.

ERP Implementation Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation and process integration across all departments.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, software teams, and department heads for smooth execution.
- Create and manage ERP masters including Item Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, SKU Codes, and Process Masters.
- Ensure proper data migration, validation,



and accuracy during ERP setup.
- Develop department-wise workflows and approval systems in ERP.
- Train employees and department users on ERP operations and reporting.
- Monitor ERP performance and identify process gaps for improvement.
- Ensure proper user access control and system discipline.

Purchase Department ERP Coordination
- Implement ERP processes for Purchase Orders (PO), approvals, inward entries, and vendor tracking.
- Ensure accurate raw material inward and purchase bill matching.
- Coordinate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process in ERP.
- Monitor pending purchase orders and vendor outstanding reports.
- Ensure proper rate, quantity, and tax verification in ERP entries.

Inventory & Warehouse ERP Management
- Ensure accurate stock management and inventory tracking through ERP.
- Monitor inward, outward, stock transfer, and stock adjustment entries.
- Implement batch-wise, lot-wise, or SKU-wi
