Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Receive inbound calls and answer customer queries
- Explain products, services, offers, and advantages:
- Generate sales leads and convert them into customers
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain daily call records and reports:
- Handle customer complaints politely
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions
- Build good customer relationships
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
