Role Overview

As a Content Strategist at SHOEGR, you will lead the ideation, planning, and execution strategy for content across:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Meta Ads
- Website campaigns
- Influencer collaborations
- Community engagement initiatives

You’ll work closely with founders, creators, designers, editors, and marketing teams to create content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and increases conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning




- Develop monthly and weekly content calendars
- Plan platform-specific content strategies
- Research trends in sneakers, fashion, sports, and youth culture
- Strategize campaigns around product launches and trending moments

Social Media Growth
- Create viral short-form content strategies
- Build engaging storytelling formats for Reels and carousels
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content
- Increase organic reach, retention, and engagement

Creative Direction
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, and designers
- Create content briefs, hooks, and storytelling concepts
- Ensure all content aligns with SHOEGR’s tone and visual identity

Community & Influencer Strategy
- Identify sneaker creators and influencers for collaborations
- Build UGC-driven campaigns
- Strengthen SHOEGR’s sneakerhead community presence

Performance & Conversion Content
- Develop high-converting content ideas for ads
