Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of day-to-day site execution activities
- Monitoring civil, interior, finishing, and MEP-related work
- Coordination with contractors, vendors, labour teams, architects, and engineers
- Ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Daily site reporting and progress updates to management
- Measurement verification and material consumption tracking
- Monitoring quality standards and workmanship
- Ensuring safety protocols and discipline at site
- Coordination for material delivery and inventory management
- Handling multiple project locations across Navi Mumbai
- Identifying on-site issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Maintaining attendance and productivity records of labour staff
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- 2-8 years of experience in residential and commercial site supervision
- Practical knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Ability to read basic drawings and coordinate execution
- Robust labour and contractor handling skills
- Knowledge of material management and site documentation
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting
- Two-wheeler preferred for site mobility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in redevelopment, commercial interiors, or multi-site supervision
- Knowledge of billing measurements and BOQ coordination
- Familiarity with local vendors and contractors in Navi Mumbai region
Salary
Salary shall be based on experience, site handling capability, and technical knowledge.
