Position Details
- Job Title: Center Manager (Health Care & Wellness)
- Location: Mehrauli, South Delhi
- Experience: 3+ Years
- Qualification: Graduate and above
- Shifts: Rotational (During Day only)
- Week Off: One day per week (assigned)

Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Administration: Ensure smooth daily functioning, checklist adherence, cash handling, hygiene SOPs, and documentation.
- Facility & Staff Oversight: Manage therapist and maintenance issues, support staff training, and foster a positive work culture.
- Financial Management: Handle budgets, petty cash, and drive revenue through service promotion and upselling.
- Data & Reporting: Track performance metrics, client records,



and submit regular reports on operations and sales.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Introduce new wellness offerings and coordinate with corporate teams for center enhancements.
- Brand & Client Relations: Represent the center professionally, promote Ayurvedic services, and build strong client relationships.
- Compliance: Maintain mystery audit scores above 85%.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in wellness, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
