Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Labelling Supervisor to manage and supervise the labelling process on the production line. The person will ensure that all bottles/products are labelled correctly, neatly, and as per approved brand, batch, MRP, manufacturing, and expiry details.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily labelling activities as per production plan.
- Ensure correct label is used for the correct SKU/flavour/batch.
- Check label alignment, pasting quality, wrinkles, bubbles, and damage.
- Verify batch number, MFG date, expiry date, MRP, barcode, and other mandatory details before production starts.
- Ensure labelling machine/operator is working properly and line speed is maintained.
- Monitor manpower on the labelling line and allocate work properly.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the labelling area.




- Ensure rejected/damaged labels are recorded and controlled.
- Coordinate with production, QA, store, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Report machine breakdowns, label shortage, wrong label issues, or quality concerns immediately.
- Maintain daily labelling records, wastage records, and batch-wise documentation.
- Ensure FIFO is followed for label usage.
- Train labelling operators/helpers on SOP, quality checks, and safety.
- Support audits by maintaining proper records and area discipline.
- Ensure all labelled bottles match company quality and compliance standards before packing.
