Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior QC Engineer with experience in structural steel fabrication to ensure quality control across all stages of production including cutting, fitting, welding, and painting.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform stage-wise inspection of fabrication (fit-up, welding, drilling, finishing)
- Conduct visual inspection of welds as per applicable standards
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and tolerances
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues
- Monitor surface preparation and painting quality
- Support third-party/client inspections when required

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in structural steel / PEB fabrication
- Knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding code:
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Familiarity with inspection tools and quality documentation




- Understanding of welding defects and corrective actions
- Detail-oriented and disciplined work approach

Plant capacity:1,000 MT/month, with single-job handling up to 40 MT. ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 certified.

We are an approved fabricator for JSSL (JSW Severfield), L&T;, BHEL, and Adani.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
