Bid Manager

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate RFPs, RFQs, and government tender documents for bid preparation.
Lead the end-to-end bid management process including bid planning, proposal structuring, documentation, and timely submission.
Prepare detailed BOQs, BOMs, compliance matrices & techno-commercial proposals as per tender specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and system integrators for technical, pricing, and contractual inputs.
Ensure all bids are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals and client requirements.
Conduct risk assessment of bids and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
Support presales & sales teams in solution presentations, clarifications, and client interactions.
Keep updated with industry trends, government procurement norms,



and competitor strategies.

Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science) or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in Bid Management / Presales / Proposal Management within IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Surveillance, or Security Systems.
Expertise in preparing techno-commercial bids, BOQs, BOMs & compliance documentation for government tenders.
In-depth technical knowledge of CCTV, IPCs, BOX-PCs, Servers, Embedded Systems & Surveillance Infrastructure.
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills to liaise with clients, OEMs, and partners.
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under strict deadlines.
Solid ownership, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹10,711.77 - ₹42,258.18 per month

Experience:
- bid manager: 6 years (preferred)
- GEM: 3 years (preferred)
