Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control (QC)
- Perform routine testing of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Conduct physical and basic chemical testing such as:
- pH
- Moisture
- Appearance
- Foam characteristics
- Viscosity
- Weight variation
- Stability observations
- Maintain sample retention records
- Ensure calibration and cleanliness of QC instruments

Quality Assurance (QA)
- Maintain batch manufacturing and batch packing records
- Support GMP and hygiene compliance across manufacturing areas
- Monitor line clearance and in-process quality checks
- Assist in SOP preparation and documentation control
- Participate in deviation, CAPA, and customer complaint investigations




- Ensure proper documentation practices as per company standards

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain QA/QC logs and records
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for quality-related activities
- Assist during internal audits and customer audits
- Ensure adherence to ISO/GMP quality systems

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of GMP and hygiene practices
- Knowledge of laboratory testing and documentation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic MS Excel and documentation handling

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cosmetic or pharma manufacturing
- Understanding of syndet/soap manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 22716 practices
