Job Title: HR Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements.
- Support onboarding and documentation process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process.
- Experience in recruitment is an added advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 Years
Location:
- Chennai - T. Nagar
Salary:
- Based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
