Job Title: SEO Manager (Agency Role)
Experience:
3-6 years (Agency experience preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an SEO Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, drive organic growth, and ensure timely delivery of SEO scope of work. The role requires strong execution, client understanding, and ownership of performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple SEO client accounts end-to-end
- Create and execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO deliverables
- Ensure monthly scope of work is completed on time (blogs, backlinks, audits, etc.)
- Track and improve keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Work with internal teams (content, design, development) for execution
- Maintain and update SEO reports and client dashboards
- Present performance updates to clients and handle queries
- Identify gaps and suggest action plans for improvement
Agency-Specific Expectations:
- Strong focus on delivery of scope of work (SOW)




- Ability to handle client communication and expectations
- Maintain clear reporting and transparency
- Ensure no delays in deliverables
- Take ownership of performance, not just execution
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4)
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience in content planning and SEO-driven blogs
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights
- Strong communication and coordination skills
KPIs (Very Significant):
- Delivery of monthly SEO scope of work
- Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings
- Improvement in lead quality from organic channels
- Timely completion of blogs, backlinks, and technical fixes
- Client satisfaction and retention
