Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QC testing on LDPE/FR plastic cores, checking for density, tensile strength, elongation, MFI, etc.
- Perform tests on paint coatings (PVDF/FE) including gloss level, adhesion, hardness, and UV resistance.
- Operate and calibrate lab instruments such as QUV testers, spectrophotometers, MFI testers, etc.
- Maintain and analyze test data, generate reports, and escalate deviations.
- Work closely with production and R&D; teams for ongoing quality improvement.
- Ensure all tests follow relevant ASTM/ISO standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of QC experience in plastics, paints, or ACP manufacturing
- Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of lab testing protocols and material standards
- Attention to detail and good reporting skills
