Hiring: Telecalling Executive (Inside Sales Support)

Job Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecalling Executive to support dealer coordination, customer follow-ups, lead generation and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with dealers, customers, clients and companies
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations and pending leads
- Reactivate old customers and generate new leads
- Support inside sales through cold calling and relationship building
- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversions and updates
- Maintain call records and follow-up database
- Handle customer queries professionally and promptly

Requirements:




- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / inside sales
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages required:Telugu, English & Hindi:
- Good convincing and people-handling skills
- Adaptable, proactive and organized
- Basic computer knowledge preferred

Preferred Skills
- Dealer/customer handling experience is an advantage
- Ability to build rapport and generate business opportunities
- Positive attitude with follow-up discipline

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
