Position: Account Executive

Exeperience: 4 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile customer accounts and update AR records daily
- Track and manage bank guarantees including ABG, PBG, and CPBG
- Handle deductions such as GST, TDS, and LD
- Monitor ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments
- Visit customers for payment discussions and reconciliation when needed
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and commercial teams for collections
- Review and validate commercial terms in invoices, PO, and contracts.
- Maintain documentation and support internal and external audits
- Work with multiple payment terms (advance, milestone-based, credit, etc.)
- Implement and support credit control policies to reduce risk




- Prepare collection reports and share updates with management
- Assist with other finance and commercial tasks as required

Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or MBA in related field
- 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance
- Familiarity with ABG, PBG, CPBG, and various payment structures
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and commercial terms
- Positive Excel and accounting software skills (e.g., Tally, SAP)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
