- Strong experience in managing academic and administrative functions of K-12 schools

Role Overview:
The Principal will act as the academic and administrative head of the institution, responsible for ensuring excellence in education, compliance with CBSE norms, and overall school development. The role demands a dynamic leader who can drive performance, discipline, and innovation in a structured school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
- Implement and monitor the CBSE curriculum, policies, and academic framework:
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student performance
- Supervise lesson planning, assessments, and result analysis
- Promote innovative teaching practices and holistic student development

School Leadership & Strategy:
- Drive the school’s vision,

- Establish a culture of discipline, accountability, and excellence
- Lead school improvement initiatives and academic reforms

Faculty Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and development programs

Student Welfare & Discipline:
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and student-centric environment
- Oversee discipline, behavior management, and wellbeing initiatives
