Amrit Aahar Farming (AAF) is an established, data-driven agribusiness operating a diverse farm hub in Karjat, Maharashtra. We are seeking a resilient, hands-on Field Agronomist to take charge of our open-field farming and long-term tree/cash crop operations. The primary objective of this role is to drive operational efficiency, ensure consistent crop health, and optimize ground-level execution to maximize farm revenue and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Operations Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the seasonal crop rotation and planting schedules for our open-field commercial crops and orchards.
- Soil & Nutrient Optimization: Implement customized fertilization schedules and soil health protocols tailored to the local Karjat terrain to ensure maximum crop resilience.
- Labor Leadership: Direct, supervise, and coordinate the on-site daily wage labor force, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and strictly on schedule.
- Pest & Disease Management:



Conduct daily field scouting to identify risks early; implement effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to protect crop quality and prevent yield loss.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Log daily field data, input usage, and weather observations to integrate with our central tech workflows for accurate yield forecasting and operational cost-tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
