Creating 3D Models: Develop detailed 3D models and renderings of architectural projects using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Design Development: Develop and present design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and materials, and ensure designs are functional, appealing, and aligned with industry standards.
- Visualization: Create photo-realistic renderings and animations to showcase design concepts and highlight key features.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and ensure effective communication with team members and clients.

Required Skills:
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts,



and spatial relationships.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality designs and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture field.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D design and rendering.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in architectural visualization, preferably in an architectural visualization studio or similar environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
