Role Overview

We are looking for a Public Relations & Marketing Manager who will take ownership of Navthera’s brand, visibility, and market positioning in Jaipur.

This is not a maintenance role — this is a build-from-zero prospect.

You will be responsible for:
- Establishing Navthera’s presence across the local healthcare ecosystem:
- Building strong referral pipelines with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Translating clinical excellence into a clear, compelling, and trusted brand narrative

Key Responsibilities

1. Public Relations & Doctor Network Development
- Build and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals across Jaipur:




- Develop and grow referral channels:
- Represent Navthera in the local medical ecosystem:
- Organize doctor outreach programs, partnerships, and engagement initiatives

2. Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute Navthera’s go-to-market strategy:
- Build brand awareness through offline + digital channels:
- Ensure consistent premium positioning across all touchpoints

3. Content & Communication
- Translate clinical capabilities into simple, credible, and compelling messaging:
- Oversee content for:
- Social media
- Website
- Patient education materials
- PR articles and media coverage

4. Local Market Activation
- Plan and execute on-ground campaigns (health camps, partnerships, events)
- Identify high-impact local marketing opportunities:
- Drive footfall and patient acquisition

5. Media & Visibility
- Build relationships with local media and healthcare publications:
