Work Timings: 10 AM-2 PM & 5 PM-9 PM (Split shift, 8 hrs total)

Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors daily & explain Infedis Doctor Loyalty Program
- Build robust, long-term professional relationships with doctors.
- Perform cold calls & fix appointments
- Territory-based daily field visits. Plan and execute daily field visits as per assigned territories. Maintain a structured route plan to maximize coverage and productivity
- Daily reporting to Marketing Manager
- Achieve monthly sales targets. Meet and exceed monthly sales and doctor conversion targets. Actively track progress towards goals and take corrective actions when required.




- Submit daily reports to the Marketing Manager including visits, conversions, follow-ups, and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, call reports, and field activity logs
- Convert & manage 100 doctors Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Com preferred) -Languages: Marathi & Hindi (mandatory), Basic English
- Experience: On-field sales/marketing experience preferred
- Others: Bike + Valid Driving License: Mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
