We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions and support regarding products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Explain features, benefits, and eligibility of services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for conversions.

Requirements:
- UG and Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in customer support.
- Must be fluent in spoken English.:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
