Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate 3-meter wide digital printing machines efficiently
- Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and alignment before production
- Monitor printing quality and color consistency
- Handle fabric/material loading and unloading
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production records and daily reports
- Coordinate with design and production teams for job execution
- Ensure minimum wastage and optimal machine utilization

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital printing (wide format preferred)
- Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
- Basic knowledge of printing software and machine operations
- Understanding of fabric/printing materials and color matching
- Ability to handle machine breakdown situations
- Good attention to detail and quality focus

Skills:
- Machine handling and troubleshooting
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team coordination
- Problem-solving attitude

Preferred:
- Experience in têxtile/fabric digital printing
- Knowledge of RIP software
- Positive understanding of fabric/material and color matching

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
