Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery:Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons focusing on basic fundamentals like numbers, colors, shapes, and social skills.
- Classroom Management:Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
- Student Engagement:Use diverse teaching methods, including storytelling, educational play, art, and music, to keep children engaged.
- Observation & Assessment:Track each child’s developmental milestones and social competencies, providing regular updates to parents and management.
- Parent Communication:Build positive relationships with parents through regular feedback and parent-teacher meetings.
- Safety & Care:Ensure the overall well-being and safety of all children during school hours, including snack and play times.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Education:Mandatory ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education)or Diploma in Montessori/Pre-Primary Teacher Training.
- Experience:Freshers are welcome to apply, though 1-2 years of experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
- Communication:Fluent in English (Verbal and Written). Knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
- Attributes:High level of patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Technical Skills:Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) for report maintaining is preferred.
