Job Title: DG Operator - Data Center

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled DG Operator to manage and maintain diesel generator (DG) systems in a data center workplace. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted power backup, regular maintenance, and quick response during power failures to support critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor DG sets to ensure continuous power backup
- Perform routine checks, testing, and preventive maintenance of DG systems
- Handle DG start/stop operations during power failures and scheduled testing
- Monitor fuel levels, oil levels, coolant, and battery systems
- Coordinate refueling activities and maintain fuel consumption records
- Troubleshoot and resolve DG-related issues promptly
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures




- Assist electrical team during emergency situations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or relevant field
- Hands-on experience with DG sets (diesel generators)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and engine operations
- Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data center or facility management environment
- Knowledge of AMF panels, synchronization systems
- Basic understanding of UPS and electrical distribution systems
- Familiarity with safety practices and compliance standards

Salary:
As per industry standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
