Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media posts, posters, and ad creatives:
- Create festival creatives, banners, and promotional materials:
- Work on branding elements such as logos, brochures, and templates
- Develop Reels thumbnails and motion poster concepts:
- Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Ads):
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team:
- Deliver creative work on time with high quality

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop:
- Adobe Illustrator:
- Canva:
- Basic to intermediate skills in:
- Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)




- Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
- Good understanding of:
- Typography & color theory:
- Modern design trends:
- Ability to create premium and engaging creatives:
- Understanding of Indian audience & market trends

Bonus Skills (preferred)
- Video editing expertise for reels & ads
- Knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
- Experience working with schools or local businesses

- Minimum 6 months experience:
