What You’ll Do
As a Computer Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting our digital and physical service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing MP Online Services:
Operate computers and equipment to handle form filling, document uploads, and fee payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Service:
Assist clients with photocopying, printing, and scanning. Troubleshoot minor technical issues with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Records Management:




Organize and maintain digital and physical transaction records, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
- Equipment Oversight:
Monitor equipment functionality, promptly report malfunctions, and coordinate routine maintenance to avoid service disruptions.
- Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date on government portals, software updates, and best practices for optimal workflow and compliance.
