Job Title: Field Officer - Manpower Services
Location: Isnapur
Job Summary:
The Field Officer will be responsible for managing deployed manpower at client locations, ensuring smooth operations, attendance tracking, compliance, and acting as a link between the company, employees, and client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage manpower deployed at client site
- Maintain daily attendance and verify shift schedules
- Coordinate with client for manpower requirements and issues
- Ensure workers follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Handle employee grievances and resolve on-site issues
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Manage onboarding and documentation of new employees
- Ensure timely submission of reports (attendance, overtime, etc.)
- Support payroll inputs and verification
- Monitor discipline, productivity,



and performance of workers

Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in manpower handling / field operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to travel locally and handle multiple sites
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industrial / factory manpower management
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Ability to handle pressure and urgent requirements

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
