Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients through calls and messaging
- Please note: leads will be self-generated / prospecting-based, not pre-qualified inbound leads
- Consistent follow-ups with interested prospects until conversion
- Pitch agency services in a professional and convincing manner
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads independently
- Maintain records of outreach, responses, and conversions
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular communication

Requirements:
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with outbound sales and prospecting
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, target-driven, and consistent personality
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow

Salary:




₹5,000 per month + High incentives on every successful client conversion
