What You Will Do
- Create high-quality, game-ready rigs for humans, creatures, humanoids, cars, and other vehicles.
- Design and implement control rigs, skeletons, and deformation systems.
- Develop efficient rigging systems compatible with Unreal Engine.
- Ensure rigs are optimized for real-time performance and gameplay requirements.
- Integrate rigs into Unreal Engine (Control Rig, Animation Blueprints, State Machines).
- Ensure assets meet performance and memory budgets.
- Collaborate with animators, modelers, and developers for smooth pipeline workflows.
- Troubleshoot and fix rigging and deformation issues.
- Maintain clean hierarchy, naming conventions, and export pipelines.
- (Plus) Create animations (gameplay, loops, basic interactions) when required.

The Skills You Bring
- Strong experience in rigging characters, creatures, humanoids, and vehicles.
- Solid understanding of anatomy, deformation, and motion systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Maya (preferred) for rigging workflows.
- Experience with Maya rigging tools (HumanIK, Advanced Skeleton, or similar) is a plus.




- Working knowledge of Blender or other 3D tools is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine animation pipeline.
- Knowledge of game-ready workflows, export pipelines, and optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of IK/FK systems, constraints, skinning, and weight painting.
- (Plus) Experience in character/creature animation.
- (Plus) Ability to create basic gameplay animations (locomotion, loops, interactions).
- (Plus) Familiarity with Animation Blueprints, Blend Spaces, and State Machines in Unreal.
- (Plus) Experience with animation retargeting workflows.
