Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Location: Sector 15, Hisar

Job Type: Full time / Part-time
Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.

Requirements:




- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus.
