Telecalling Executive - Job Description

We’re onboarding a high-energy communicator ready to dial, engage, and convert.
Your mission? Turn phone calls into opportunities and build strong customer trust with smooth talk + smart listening.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
- Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules
- Convert leads into appointments or sales
- Provide explicit, polite, and professional communication
- Work with the sales team to hit monthly targets
- Handle queries with patience and problem-solving vibes

Requirements:
- Good Hindi communication
- Basic phone etiquette & confidence
- Telesales/Telecalling experience is a plus
- Should be punctual, consistent, and target-focused
