Key Responsibilities:
- Install and connect solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems:
- Perform DC wiring (panel to inverter) and AC wiring (inverter to main DB):
- Execute proper earthing and lightning protection systems:
- Carry out welding and fabrication of module mounting structures
- Install, align, and secure solar panels on rooftops or ground structures
- Ensure proper cable management, conduit, and tray installation:
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems
- Follow all safety protocols and site guidelines

Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in solar installation / electrical work / welding:
- Knowledge of tools, wiring standards, and fabrication techniques
- Ability to work at heights and outdoor project sites
- Basic understanding of solar systems and components preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
