Job Summary

The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

2. Complaint Handling & Resolution
- Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
- Follow up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.

3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement and retention.
- Personalize communication based on customer needs.

4. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems like Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
- Track interactions, feedback, and service requests.

5. Feedback & Improvement




- Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Share insights with internal teams to enhance products/services.
- Suggest process improvements to improve customer experience.

6. Coordination with Teams
- Work closely with sales, operations, and support teams.
- Ensure seamless service delivery across departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Certification in customer service (optional).

Experience
- 1-3 years in customer service, customer relations, or support roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
