BeastDrive is a fast-growing adventure and fitness event company organizing obstacle races and high-energy endurance experiences across South India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Call Centre Agent to handle participant calls, resolve queries, and support registrations while delivering a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with participants
- Provide accurate information about events, pricing, and schedules
- Assist with registrations and payment-related queries
- Follow up with leads to drive conversions
- Resolve complaints and escalate when required
- Maintain call records and daily reports

Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language (mandatory):




- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)
- Customer-focused and patient approach
- Prior call center experience is a plus

Work Details
- 6 days working:
- Office-based role
- Day shift / rotational shifts (based on requirement)
