*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Store Executive to manage day-to-day billing operations and overall store upkeep at our footwear retail outlet. You will be the face of the store, handling sales transactions, inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Billing & POS Management*: Handle customer billing accurately using POS software, process cash/card/UPI payments, and issue invoices/receipts
- *Customer Service*: Greet customers, assist with footwear selection, sizing, and handle queries/complaints professionally
- *Sales Support*: Achieve daily sales targets, upsell accessories, and maintain product knowledge
- *Inventory Management*: Manage stock receiving, arrange displays, conduct regular stock counts, and report rapid-moving/slow-moving items
- *Store Operations*: Open/close store,



maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising, ensure pricing and offers are updated
- *Returns & Exchanges*: Process returns/exchanges as per company policy and update inventory accordingly
- *Reporting*: Maintain daily sales reports, tally cash at day-end, and report discrepancies to the owner/manager

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- 10th/12th pass or Graduate preferred
- 1-2 years experience in retail billing or footwear store preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills in English + Kannada/Hindi for Bangalore]
- Honest, punctual, and able to handle cash responsibly
- Ability to customize footwear by inserting the straps

*Salary:* 18000 to 24000 per month
*Working Hours:* 6 days/week, 9hours with weekly off on weekdays Mon/ Tues

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
