We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect products while providing an exceptional shopping experience. Your goal is to meet sales targets, build customer loyalty, and maintain a vibrant store environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Basic Math: Competency in handling cash, calculating discounts, and managing transactions accurately.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina:



Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights for restocking purposes.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is standard; prior retail experience is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chhata, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

Experience:
- Salesforce: 1 year (required)
