Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identifying and researching prospective clients or businesses (prospects) to generate recent sales opportunities.

Qualifying leads to ensure they fit the company's target market criteria.
- Sales & Presentation:
Creating and delivering professional, compelling presentations/pitches of the company's products or services to prospective clients.

Negotiating and closing sales deals, aiming to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

Handling client objections effectively and professionally.
- Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new accounts.

Collaborating with sales teams, marketing, and technical staff to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts.
- Strategy & Reporting:
Developing a strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets or industries.

Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline status, and results using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening abilities.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Proven ability to negotiate and close business deals.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
