- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the counter, display areas, and customer service areas clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and special offers to assist customers efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Take, prepare, or package food, beverage, or retail orders for customers, including handling takeaway orders in food settings.
