Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise complete wall putty production process
- Manage machine operations and production team
- Ensure proper formulation and product quality standards
- Maintain daily production and inventory records
- Minimize material wastage and improve efficiency
- Ensure safety and discipline on the production floor

Requirements:
- Experience in wall putty, tile adhesive, or construction chemical manufacturing
- Knowledge of raw materials and production formulations
- Ability to manage labour and handle production targets
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant technical experience in manufacturing
- Prior experience in a similar role
