Responsibilities
- Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to work orders and specifications.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment.
- Prepare and load materials onto the laser cutting machine.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow and output.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating CNC or laser cutting machines preferred.
- Robust mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
