Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect jewellery at different stages (casting, filing, polishing, stone setting, finishing)
- Check product quality, finishing, and design accuracy
- Identify defects such as porosity, scratches, loose stones, and improper finishing
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and specifications
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues
- Maintain QC reports and documentation
- Ensure final products meet client expectations before dispatch
- Monitor and improve quality control processes
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in jewellery QC or production
- Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes
- Good eye for detail and finishing quality
- Ability to identify defects and suggest corrections
- Basic understanding of metal quality and stone setting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in gold/diamond jewellery QC
- Knowledge of polishing, setting, and finishing standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive communication and coordination skills
