The Grand Sona Hotel is looking for a passionate and skilled Bakery Commi-I to join our F&B; Production team. If you have a strong foundation in bakery operations and a creative approach to baking, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Follow standard recipes and hygiene practices
- Assist in daily mise en place and production planning
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery section

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a hotel or professional bakery
- Good knowledge of bakery techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
