Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Telecalling - Car Service & Sales)

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for car service reminders, feedback, and follow-ups:
- Handle inbound customer queries related to car servicing and sales inquiries:
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for service and vehicle purchase:
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with service and sales teams for smooth customer handling

Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Bengali preferred)
- Basic knowledge of automobiles is an advantage
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude

Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Working Details:
- 6 days working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
