Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Generate and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline
- Clearly explain products and services, addressing customer queries and objections
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills




- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
