They create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, manage classrooms, assess student progress, and foster social responsibility, with roles often requiring a B.Ed. and 1-3 years of experience. - Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver interactive lessons on basic social studies concepts, social development, and environmental awareness.
- Assessment: Evaluate student performance through tests and projects, and maintain accurate progress records.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and interactive learning environment.
- Student Engagement: Incorporate projects, discussions, and field trips to foster curiosity.
- Communication: Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
