Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding educational opportunities in India and abroad
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses/universities
- Stay updated with university requirements, eligibility criteria, and visa processes
- Maintain student records and follow up regularly
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and promotional activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in education counselling (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international education systems (Russia, Georgia, etc. is a plus)
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
