Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, answering menu questions, providing recommendations, and resolving complaints politely.
- Service Delivery: Taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving items promptly, and following up with guests.
- Operational Support: Setting up and cleaning tables, side stations, and dining areas; maintaining hygiene standards.
- Order Management: Using Point of Sale (POS) systems to enter orders and process payments.
- Stock Management: Assisting with inventory, restocking supplies, and storing food items properly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous food service or hospitality experience is often preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work with kitchen and bar staff.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
